Join the San Diego County Archaeological Society for a special celebration of the Impossible Railroad! Are you a train enthusiast? Do you enjoy local San Diego history? Do you like dressing in historical costumes? Our last field trip of the year is for you! The San Diego County Archaeological Society will be attending the centennial celebration for the San Diego & Arizona Railway! The celebration will be happening all day (9:00am-5:00pm) at the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum in Campo on November 16, 2019. You can enjoy live entertainment, demonstrations of historical equipment, a reenactment of the Golden Spike Ceremony, and more! Historical period costumes are encouraged if you have them.
